Alessandro Previtero is Postdoctoral Fellow and member of the Behavioral Decision-Making Group at the Anderson School at UCLA. He is currently conducting research with Prof. Shlomo Benartzi in the area of retirement income and, more specifically, on helping retirees to hedge their longevity risk.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Management (major field: Finance) from the University of Lecce, and has affiliations with the American Economic Association, American Finance Association, Society for Judgment and Decision Making and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
His research pursuits include Household Finance and Behavioral Decision Making, Saving for Retirement, Retirement Income and Annuities, Well-being and Financial Decisions and Behavioral Corporate Finance.
