First Time Logging In?

Financial Advisors who are registered for the old INGAnnuities.com site must now access the ING Professionals Web site (the former Virtual Financial Center) for daily access to documents and client information.

Find the registration scenario that matches you below and follow the instructions:

Scenario 1

  • If you are a registered user of INGAnnuities.com, and have NOT yet registered for ING for Professionals, please register now.
  • If during the registration process you receive a message stating that “you’re already registered,” go to forgot user id or forgot password and follow the instructions.

Scenario 2

  • If you are a registered user of INGAnnuities.com AND a registered user of ING for Professionals, use your ING for Professionals user ID and password to Log in.
  • If you forgot your user ID or password, go to forgot user id or forgot password and follow the instructions.
