Susan Anderson, JD, CTFA
President and CEO
ING Trust USA
Susan Anderson joined ING Trust USA in 2006 as president and CEO. She has fifteen-plus years experience in trust services, estate tax planning, sales, marketing, and management. Previously, she was vice president of Personal Trust for M&I Trust Co. She also worked at Comerica Bank and Trust, Wells Fargo and US Bank; at Clifton, Gunderson CPA Firm; and at Patterson Law Firm as an attorney.
Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and a Juris Doctorate from the Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minn. She holds the national designation of Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA).
She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minneapolis Estate Planning Council, Minnesota Corporate Fiduciaries, Institute of Certified Bankers, American Bankers Association, and Financial Women International. She has been published in The National Underwriter and was featured in Financial Advisor Magazine. She volunteers for the Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights (PACER) assisting children with disabilities.
