ING has long been a supporter of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), which represents 47 historically black colleges and universities. ING currently serves as presenting sponsor for the TMCF’s annual Leadership Recruitment Institute for graduating seniors.
Amigos for Kids
ING employees in South Florida were the catalyst for ING’s support for Amigos for Kids, which provides numerous programs to meet the diverse needs of South Florida’s abused, abandoned, neglected and less-fortunate children.
International Leadership Foundation
ING is proud to be the main sponsor for the International Leadership Foundation’s prestigious Summer Public Affairs Internships, which place young Asian Americans in public affairs internships at the White House, the Small Business Administration and other public institutions. ILF is a non-partisan organization advocating civic awareness, community growth, and involvement in public service.
Minnesota AIDS Walk
As sponsor of the annual Minnesota AIDS walk, ING and its employees play a vital role in increasing awareness to help prevent the spread of HIV and provide crucial services for individuals living with the disease. This popular annual event typically attracts more than 1,000 participants and raises more than $80,000 for the Minnesota AIDS Project, which serves about half of the people living with HIV in Minnesota.
