"IMAGINE THAT: Affective Communications"
Study examines whether “scaring” or “stroking” an individual is more effective in improving plan participation behavior using simple worksheets at the close of meetings and seminars. Study is still underway and open to new participants!

study examines the effects of looking at the retirement plan activity – contribution, account balance. Does seeing what other people do encourage individuals to improve their own contribution behavior? “Talk to Me: Plain English”
This new study, which is currently in design stages, will test understanding of key retirement messages at different grade / reading comprehension levels. What level of communicating do people really best understand, and how can we write / deliver critical messages to help people make informed, appropriate retirement investment decisions? We welcome new participants and plans in this study!
